What you’ll be doing…

As a Principal (Data Science) you will own and perform specific analytics tasks and lead and drive end to end solutions for AI/ML use cases

• Working in collaborative environment with global teams to drive AI solutioning of business problems.

• Developing end to end analytical solutions, and articulating insight findings to leadership. Provide data-driven recommendations to business by clearly articulating complex modeling concepts through generation and delivery of presentations.

• Analyzing and modeling both structured and unstructured data from a number of distributed client and publicly available sources.

• Designing and building scalable machine learning models to meet the needs of given Business engagement.

• Assisting with the mentorship and development of Junior members. Driving team towards solutions.

• Assisting in growing data science practice in ACOE , by meeting business goals through client prospecting, responding to model POC, identifying and closing opportunities within identified Insights, writing white papers, exploring new tools and defining best practices.

You’ll need to have:-

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant work experience.

• Five or more years of experience in advanced analytics/ predictive modelling in a consulting role

• Knowledge and hands on experience on advanced data science techniques and solutions in the area of recommendation and personalization. Experience with working on real time clickstream driven models.

• Knowledge of ML concepts – Probabilistic Models, Supervised and Unsupervised Learning, Neural Networks & Deep learning, Ensembling. Exposure to libraries such as theano, tensorflow, keras, torch, caffe etc.

• Experience with all phases of end-to-end Analytics project, such as (but not limited to): Ingestion, Munging, Model Building, Validation, Operationalization, Monitoring.

• Knowledge of Python, Sql, PySpark, Scala and/or other languages and tools.

  Even better if you have:-

• Master’s degree

• Experience in writing and publishing original white papers in data science

• Experience of working in analytics and data science projects in telecom domain

• Experience in data lake (hadoop), SQL, ETL.

• Experience presenting to and influencing functional leaders and stakeholders.

• Working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
