Regional People Services delivers HR services to employees in the Asia Pacific area, including hotline, payroll master data, compensation and benefit, recruitment, and mobility.

Responsibilities

Provide human resources services and operational support to the organization.
Enable and secure a strong employee experience and satisfaction
Provides high quality, customer-focused services via ticket system
Track, monitor and follow up on P&C requests until finalised
Execute benefits program administration.
Provide assistance on the mobility process.
Create regular reports and optimize the reporting structure
Coordinate regular newsletter and support other business communication.
Manage data and documentation handling as required.
Ad-hoc report on P&C ticket basis
Other duties as assigned by direct manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, major in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
3 years+ human resources experience in positions of increasing responsibility

Competencies

Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
Experience with SAP/Success Factors is mandatory
Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally in English, as to communicate with employees, business managers, and HR internally.
Ability to be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Can prioritize and organize multiple assignments.
