Job Description
Opportunity for a Senior Manager of Global Benefits Administration to join Vialto Partners, a new organization focused on transforming the global mobility ecosystem to support multinational organizations and their employees. Vialto has over 6,000 employees in 40+ countries. Reporting to the Director, Global Benefits, the Senior Manager of Global Benefits Administration will ensure that all processes across program and vendor management, financial management, compliance and governance, operational delivery, and employee experience are best in class and aligned with our values and objectives.
Lead all financial, reporting, and data flow/interface aspects for the Global Benefits team hubs. Leverage technologies including Workday, vendor systems, google environment, and Excel to compile and assess data.
Partner with finance to ensure that vendor payments to key benefits partners are made on time and in compliance with contractual terms. Payments will be accurately tracked and recorded to the appropriate accounts to satisfy accounting requirements.
Global subject matter expert for the benefit’s financial management function: optimize the benefits financial management process, implement fringe accounting in all countries, identify potential opportunities and gaps and ability to streamline, leverage external best practices and scalability, and expand and improve internal controls that are aligned across our key partners and stakeholders.
Lead various projects related to benefits operational delivery and emphasis on the employee experience.
Lead creation and maintenance of contract pipeline inventory.
Partner with key HR partners on Workday implementation and enhancement as well as various people-related policies.
Manage our APAC and EMEA benefit hubs and team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in human resource management, business, or benefits-related field required or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of progressive global benefits management experience.
Experience in corporate global benefits or in a consulting/TPA benefits administration setting
Developing expertise in global benefits and applicable laws
Understanding and managing benefit budgets and costing models
Knowledge of Workday and payroll processes is a plus.
Excellent MS suite and google environment skills.
Strong organization, program and vendor performance management, project management, cost-benefit analysis, and budget management experience.
Demonstrated business, financial, HR acumen and knowledge of cultural considerations, local legislation, and compliance.
Experience managing ambiguity and risk (taking the unknown into action).
Excellent partnership skills, building rapport and driving results through accountability in an agile environment.
Attention to detail, ability to use data insights, critical thinking, and analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
