Job Description

As an RPA Administrator, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, supporting the development and production of solutions to complex business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Automation Infrastructure (60%)
● The RPA Administrator will manage all components of the UI Path infrastructure
(Orchestrator, Robot Runner, Studio, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
● Responsible for version management and UI Path upgrade projects
● Communicate UI Path new features
● Manage security and audits for all access to UI Path Infrastructure
● Liaison with development team and automation owners for production promotions
● Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure components
● Facilitate and/or execute the governance process (coding standards, design reviews,
reusability components)
● Liaison with UI Path support
● Support required KPIs and metrics on automated processes
Automation Infrastructure Support (20%)
● Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
● Support UI Path platform update initiatives
● Assist automation monitoring and value driven automation output
Team Interfacing (20%)
● The RPA Administrator will work with the various IT teams (Azure, Network, Security) to
support the UI Path infrastructure components
● Work with project manager, business analyst, subject matter experts for user acceptance
testing and production promotion sanity testing
● Work with automation owners to provide metrics to their automations

Qualifications

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and expertise, including:

Experience in managing UI Path Infrastructure components (preferred)
● Experience in API/Web service development and testing skills
● Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
● Experience with the following technologies: (C#, Visual Basic or Java), Web UI development
(JavaScript, CSS, HTML), SQL and relational databases, Alteryx
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate
effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
● Strong client driven mindset
● A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people
and perspectives
