HR Administrator Job Description ( Female Candidates Only)We are looking for an HR administrator with superb communication and administration skills. The HR administrator will handle all written and verbal employee queries with the utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, drawing up HR documents, corresponding with recruitment agencies, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labor laws.To be a successful HR administrator, you should have sound knowledge of labor laws and be willing to regularly revise them. You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. A top HR administrator should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities. You should also be willing to attend workshops and training sessions wherever possible.HR Administrator Responsibilities: Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.HR Administrative Requirements: Certification in human resources, management or similar.Proven experience in an HR role.Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.Must be approachable and helpful.Strong critical thinking skills.Good ethical judgment.Administrator Responsibilities: Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.Providing basic bookkeeping services.Administrator Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.At 1 year’s experience in administrative services or related fields.Additional education, certifications, or experience is advantageous.Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required.Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.Location : CoimbatoreApply Now : hr (at) vibrace (dot) comJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, InternshipSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental pay types:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Gandhipuram, Coimbatore – 641006, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):Female Candidates OnlyExperience:HR: 1 year (Preferred)Admin: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8098090606
