As the Director of Operations at Vidyashilp University, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of various operational aspects across the university. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with university leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for operational excellence aligned with the institution’s mission and goals.
2. Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and direction in managing day-to-day operations, including facilities management, campus safety, transportation, and auxiliary services.
3. Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including budget planning, procurement, and vendor management.
4. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, review, and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
