Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for JCB India Limited coordination and communication.
• Creating the annual dealership sales forecasts by estimating total vehicle sales as well as the expenses for the new vehicle sales.
• Responsible for handling existing and new customers, work out the products costing and price negotiation.
• Handling the team of Sales Manager, Team Leaders, Sales Executives and Support Staff.
• Constructively handle/ supervise the handling of customer complaints related to sales department.
• Analyzing market research and competition strategy analysis and providing critical inputs to management for better decision making.
• Constructively handle/ supervise the handling of customer complaints related to sales department.
• Managing customer relationship
• Exposure to sales/ receivables/ monitoring customer schedules as per the sales plan.
• Conducting sales training for improving sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge.
• Monthly/ Fortnightly/ Weekly MIS management.

Experience: Minimum 15 yrs. above in same Automobiles sector. From machine industry will give first preference.

We are the Vinayak Group consists of different organization Like TATA Motors Heavy & light Commercial vehicle dealership, Logistics & supply chain. In Logistics & Supply chain, we are dealing with car Carrier in PAN India basis & coal/Mines transporting in Odisha Only.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
