Job Description for BDE –Intern

Roles and responsibilities:
1) Good convincing skills
2) Good communication skills (English or Hindi both will work).
3) Three in one account opening (Saving, Demat & Trading).
4) Generating leads
5) Target oriented
6) Approaching target customers

Kindly read below the mandatory terms and conditions:
1) Account Opening:
An intern needs to open of 20 NTB accounts in YES BANK (Self account is mandatory only for training purpose ) during the internship program based on the training sessions that will be provided by us and 20 account is minimum target.

2) Performance Evaluation:

• The performance of an intern will be evaluated on the bases 3 in 1 accounts opened by an individual.
• Excellent performing interns will also be rewarded with an opportunity of full time employment with Vinosha Portfolio Private Limited at an annual remuneration between INR 4.5 to 6.5 LPA.
• Interns performing below the belt (i.e. below 30-40% performance) will only get rewarded with an internship certificate and their stipends will be based on number of account opening i.e. 500/-.

Contract length: 45 months

Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: ₹5,000.00 – ₹6,000.00 per month
