Vinyada Academy Hiring for Senior Accountant at Bikramganj Full Time

Looking for an expert Accountant who is fluent with all accounting principles, practices and accounting software to manage both – day to day operational as well as tactical needs of the organisation. The person will work in school premises and be fully responsible for all account related matters. The responsibility will include but not limited to –

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Responsible for processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Responsible for reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in tool / databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Carry out monthly/yearly closings and assist with other accounting projects as and when needed

• Analyse budgets and other financial information and advise where savings could be made.
• Help to produce budgets for operations and implement strategies for cost savings.
• Ensure company accounts and tax returns are prepared and filed correctly by CA on time.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
