Were looking for a Research Associate who can partner with Recruiters and account managers to develop strategies to find candidates for the requirements. You will be working to find creative ways of surfacing top talent and activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. The person shall be responsible for providing Sourcing support by identifying prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Business Development and sales teams to populate data from internal systems
• Work on enrichment of existing business data
• Assisting business development teams in providing the business and prospective leads data whenever required
• Should be well versed in Excel
• Experience in Sales Navigator, Zoominfo and other market research tool is a plus
• Should be able to complete task as per timelines.

Requirements:

• Strong in Microsoft Excel
• Should be Excellent in Internet search
• Should understand Boolean search and various search methodologies
• Familiar with social networking sites.
• Strong interpersonal and reporting skills
