Detailed JD:
Data Science background, able to perform statistical analysis, work with big data outputs and other large data objects.

Has the ability to study the current business process, document it, draw conclusions and suggest opportunities to make the process efficient

Familiar with design thinking approach, able to filter through huge amounts data, identify anomalies, patterns and useful information

Experience with claims, call and technology operations

Prior experience with process mining and task mining products will be an advantage (Celonis, Stereologic, UiPath, etc.)

Comfortable presenting to technology and business leaders.
