Service Center Associate

Provides frontline IT support to users over phone and email. Ticket monitoring
Remote support Windows troubleshooting Performs activities such as Network Account Password reset and Unlock Security Token PIN reset, adding users to Access groups to grant permissions to applications resources
Creates and Manages User accounts
Coordinates with users and support team and schedules Account Network resource migration
Creates proper documentation using ServiceNow ticketing tool
Tracking of issues and solutions resolving or routing or escalating where appropriate Ensures seamless shift handover
Qualifications::
Relevant educational background
Minimum of 3 years working with as a service center associate
Highly motivated- a self-starter who takes ownership and has the ability to work with minimal direct supervision
Candidates Must have experience working with Global Clients
Excellent Communication is Must
