The role requires: * Building and managing relationship with CXOs/key client stakeholders. * Account management – leading the accounts and sales plan for the allocated accounts ensuring client business objectives are met * Execute customized account strategy/ plan with an objective to increase the Visa revenue and market share for select strategic partner accounts * Identify the strategic opportunities for Visa capabilities through a strong understanding of segments, customers business needs and leveraging Visa solutions across all product platforms. * Be responsible for business development, negotiation and signing of proposals by working closely with Visa internal stakeholders and relationship with strategic partner executives * Proactively educate Visa organization on market development and partner opportunities * Comfortable in working independently and work with cross functional teams across marketing, Product, Market research & technology * Excellent analytical, Written, and verbal communication skills, interpersonal & presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent Preferred qualification • 5 to 7 years of business development experience • Financial Services/ Payments industry experience preferred • Team oriented, collaborative and ability to work with complex and ambiguous environment • Proven ability to partner communicate and manage through multiple discipline and organizational groups • Demonstrated track record of implementing strategic initiatives • Experience “managing up” building executive level communications and delivering presentation Visa is an EEO Employer.
