Visa Hiring for Senior Software Engineer- Java at Bangalore, India Full Time
- Be part of scrum team, design, develop, & test new features for new and existing BI applications. * Develop REST API endpoints in Java with minimum latency, and create optimized microservice orchestrations to serve the application, following security standards, and best practices. * Collaborate with architects, project managers, QA, system analysts, other developers, and other scrum teams to successfully implement business requirements * Work with cross functional teams located in different geographies * Work in agile model using JIRA/Rally boards • 4+ years of experience in IT development • Proficient in Java/J2EE technologies • Experience in designing, developing, and testing REST API frameworks like Spring, Spring MVC, Spring boot. • Experience in writing optimized SQL queries. • Proficient in Git/Stash. • Knowledge of UI/Web development using JavaScript and UI frameworks like Angular/React is a plus. • Exposure to Big Data and Hadoop/Hive technologies • B-Tech/M-Tech in Computer Science or equivalent Visa is an EEO Employer.
