Full Job Description
Roles & Responsibility: 1. Maintain all subject files and records as per the written down filing system and process2. Attendance and Leave records of all on-roll and off-roll employees.3. Generate attendance and leave reports of employees from attendance recording system software.4. Update employee records in ERP.5. Coordinate all activities related to the onboarding of new joiners.6. Comply with all statutory legislation applicable to the establishment.7. Maintain all statutory records and registers under various labour laws applicable to the establishment8. Ensure upkeep and maintenance of all assets in the office premises and maintain asset register.9. Coordinate all events, functions, and welfare programs.10. Maintain functionality of all communication hardware and system.11. Ensure good housekeeping and upkeep of the office premises.12. File returns as per schedule under various statutory legislation applicable to the establishment.13. Coordinate recruitment process.14. Coordinate travel bookings/hotel bookings as per travel itinerary of executives15. Maintain and reconcile petty cash expenses.Qualification: Any Graduate (BA/B.Com/BSc/BBA). Graduation should be from a regular and full-time course recognized Indian University/Institute. Post Graduate qualification in Management would be desired.Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification experience in hydrocarbon sector preferably in project execution works of Oil & Gas pipeline/CGD Company is desirable. Knowledge of the local language would be preferable.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Vaccination should be completed.Ability to commute/relocate:Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)
