Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and efficient individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. The main responsibility of this position is to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office by providing effective administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be proactive, and pay great attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Redirect incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members or departmentsWelcome and assist visitors and clients, ensuring their needs are addressedSupervise office supplies and inventoryCoordinate events, meetings, and appointmentsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesMaintain and organize both electronic and physical filesAssist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasksOffer administrative support to other departments as requiredRequirements:A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferredPrevious experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role is necessaryProficiency in Microsoft Office and other office-related softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize accordinglyExceptional problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)Language:Marathi (Required)Work Location: One locationSpeak with the employer+91 9353030903
