Responsibilities:
Billing and Invoicing: Creating bills and invoices for products or services using Marg ERP software
This includes inputting customer details, item information, pricing, and tax calculations
Inventory Management: Managing and updating inventory records in the software, ensuring that accurate stock levels are reflected in real-time
Customer Management: Maintaining customer information in the system, including contact details, payment terms, and credit limits
Supplier Management: Managing supplier information and maintaining records related to purchases and payments
Generating Reports: Using the software to generate various reports, such as sales reports, purchase reports, stock reports, and financial statements
Taxation: Ensuring that taxation details, including GST (Goods and Services Tax) and other applicable taxes, are correctly configured in the software and applied to invoices
Price Management: Managing item prices and discounts within the Marg ERP software
Credit Management: Monitoring and managing customer credit limits and payment terms to avoid credit-related issues
Data Backup: Regularly backing up data to prevent data loss and ensure data security
Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry for sales, purchases, returns, and other financial transactions
Training and Support: Providing training and support to other staff members in using the Marg ERP software effectively
Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to the software, including technical problems and discrepancies in billing and invoicing
Compliance: Ensuring that billing and invoicing processes comply with relevant tax laws and regulations
