Roles and Responsibilities: –

• Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
• Manage communication including emails, text messages and other apps in operational.
• Manage office work and record keeping.
• Assist in administration.
• Entering data in to the respective software’s.
• Ability to multitasking.
• Reconcile tasks.
• Another clerical works as assigned.

Requirements: –

• Knowledge of education system in india
• Must be able to Speak,Read and Write fluent English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Word/Excel/Power Point)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• High Speed Internet connections more than 100mbps
• Laptop or PC
• Distraction free workspace
• Ability to work with US Time Zone (7.30 P.M to +5 A.M IST)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift
• US shift
