Vishram International Services Hiring for HR Assistant (WFH) at Ahmedabad Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods and through various job portals to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Sourcing candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone/video call screenings.
• Conduct initial phone / video screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing itDevelop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or related field
• Hands-on experience with various job portals like naukri.com. Linkedin, indeed etc.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must be a self initiator, and should be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be comfortable working in the US shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), 6 days a week.
• Must have a laptop with high speed internet connectivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift
• US shift
• Weekend availability
