Vishram International Services, is looking for an Enrollment Administrator, with experience in supporting business and its executive team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

STUDENT APPLICATION PROCESSING FOR USA DESTINATION

• Check emails and respond in a timely manner.
• Review Documents for its legitimacy and organize for further processing.
• Distribute tasks to team members to achieve a faster application submission process.
• Follow up on given tasks and communication till successful enrollment.
• Works independently and collaboratively to meet enrollment goals, with focused efforts faster service, use of technology and systems, teamwork, accuracy and efficiency.
• Enrollment Administrator may be designated to primarily work with student enrolment application and application processing team.
• Ensures accurate and efficient processing and evaluation of applications, maintenance and updating of student records, timely and accurate communications, data integrity using various methods and systems, and the enrollment of students (considering various team and institutional goals).
• Understands and uses the student information system and other software and databases, according to applicable practices and guidelines shared in training and documentation and stays current with practices, to facilitate the following: contact/communication, tracking activities, and document/data tracking, record updates, application movement, evaluations, decision-rendering, communications, recruitment efforts, event and tour support, status/progress reporting and monitoring, and more.
• Responsible for tracking and maintaining meaningful contact with students leading to matriculation.
• Participates in virtual meetings and conferences during any time zone
• Communicates effectively and accurately via email, telephone, and via zoom with prospective students, parents, counselors, high schools and college representatives, agencies involved in the college selection process
• Demonstrates sensitivity in working with personal/confidential records and information, adhering to FERPA and other related practices and policies.
• Proactively and collaboratively works to ensure prospective students have all the information about their application status, enroll and matriculate as smoothly as possible.
• Maintains and delivers reports related to assigned enrollment functions.
• Maintains professional, industry, functional and technical knowledge by attending virtual training.

Qualifications

Skills:

• Must be a self-starter.
• Able to speak fluent English.
• Able to perform duties independently with general supervision.
• Able to administer the team and guide them to complete application accurately.
• Able to accurately and efficiently use related computer software, databases and technology to track and engage students and work effectively and professionally with colleagues and all constituents.
• Demonstrate effective, professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile, compare, and prepare work documents, set-up and maintain work files and records in any/all formats.
• Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
• Computer skills; word processing and spreadsheet software capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and student and collegial service.

Knowledge:

• Candidate with 3+ years of Higher education counseling or enrollment experience.
• Experience in handling administrative activities for an organization
• Experience and knowledge of the US Higher education.
