Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling a team of Executives.
• Handling the Induction programs in the various corporate.
• Maintaining cordial relationship with the corporate clients.
• Acquiring of New quality Corporates/Government, PSU/Armed forces relationships for Salary relationship.
• Coordinating with key decision maker of the Corporates to conduct helpdesk activities for resolving service queries.
• Acquiring new corporates through branches or through self-sourcing
• Tracing the attributes and features of competitor products.
• Tracking Salary Credits in all the Accounts opened and ensure achievement of salary credit activation.
• Achieving assigned targets on Cross sell and Retail Loans, Individual and Group Insurance and Demat account.
• Guiding and motivating Branch staff along with reportees of different clusters for lead generation and contests.
• Periodic training to teams on KYC adherence / product / processes.
• Periodic meetings with the Cluster Heads, Branch Managers & Sr. Managers to plan on the internal relationships’ penetration & target achievement.
• Building relationship with internal and external Customers.
• Achieving Accounts targets in terms of new acquisition, growing old book and bringing good value in overall assigned book.
