Responsible for providing quality training, Theory and Practical: ü Distribution methodology (Depth & Width of distribution) ü Product demonstrations to maximize business in a retail environment ü Training delivery on Products, Processes and Systems of retail, sales process and latest sales, retail industry techniques & methodologies ü Facilitate Classroom Training’s & Extend Support to new hire for various roles ü Importance of hygiene, grooming & positive body language ü To demonstrate products to customers and help customers choose right products ü Understanding of business and productivity targets and measures to achieve the same ü To resolve customer concerns and improve customer relationship. ü Work in a collaboration with Team to achieve the goal
Reports, MIS & Documentation üDaily Attendance, Dossier update, Batch Health Report, Mobilization, Placement etc. Monitoring and keeping proper track and records of lab equipment’s and lab consumables
