Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : Should be able to work independently on TWS Master and FTA/DAs components Manage all the components effectively Supporting and maintaining the scheduling of the Open systems Unix/window and AS400 batches across the systems Developing, Implementing and documenting operational processes procedures Manage blackout jobs and create maintenance plan for planned/weekend activities Critical Batch jobs Scheduling Manage and create TWS objects through console/system Raising/handling Incident/Reques

Technical Experience : Knowledge of Linux/Unix/window and AS400 Good knowledge of TWS components, Production plan, its jobs/schedule and impact Problem Solving Analytical skills- Good knowledge of troubleshooting TWS job failure alerts or component / operational issues Automation, Network, Scripting knowledge DB querying skill Good Knowledge on ITIL concepts Working experience on ITSM tool ServiceNow/Cherwell/Remedy for service management
