PopSockets Hiring for Web UI/UX Designer at India Full Time

Position Summary: As a WebUI/UX Designer , you will play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our eCommerce website. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Marketing, and Development, to design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences that drive increased AOV and conversion.

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize user interfaces for our website with a mobile-first approach, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Work with the Web Analytics Manager to define customer groups/segments, analyze site behavior, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new website features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices in eCommerce.
• Run A/B tests and analyze user data to refine and optimize designs for improved performance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects with a focus on usability and conversion.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about user flows.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Passion for creating engaging and delightful online experiences.
