Full Job Description
1 Co-ordinate with Sales Consultants, Tele Marketing Executive, Auto Terrace etc for event planning and scheduling of activities.
2 Identify key decision makers and fix appointments, accompany Sales Consultants in follow up meetings.
3 Review the follow up done by the Sales Consultants and suggest countermeasures.
4 Check the quality of complaint closure with/ without satisfaction note and with reason.
5 Resolve concern to customer’s satisfaction within 48 hours and inform Sales Quality Manager.
6 Achieve team targets and make Sales Officers achieve their individual targets.
7 Make sales officers conduct displays, road shows and do other promotional activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
