Job Title: Senior Associate/ FacultyLocation: BangaloreClient: JigsawExperience: 7 to 12 YearsDuration: Full TimeNotice Period: Immediate to 15 daysJOB DESCRIPTION: JOB PURPOSEWhat is the main purpose or objective of the job; and what will it contribute to the overall business of the companyTo conduct theory and practical classes (classroom and online) using latest teaching pedagogy and hands-on demonstrations, while fulfilling the responsibilities of internal / external evaluation process and student welfare.CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIESList the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilledTimely delivery of lectures / conducting tutorials / training sessions for IT program, in accordance with the timetable.

• Implementing internal assessments to understand if the course is well grasped by the students.
• Design and creation of course content – both for classroom teaching, and e-learning (in partnership with instructional designers) in expertise area.
• Design and creation of projects (mirroring a real-life scenario) which need to be executed as part of the training
• Review of course artefacts like question banks and assignments
• Ensure that the delivery of the program is in line with the pre-decided guidelines, and / or clients’ expectations of learning outcomes
• Conduct interviews for students (in case of admission drives), SMEs (to determine the right faculty fit for a particular program)
• Mock interviews to prepare students for final job placement
• Upskilling in new technologies for self and team
• Batch Execution- for online & boot camp
• Execute reporting and other activities related to the academic engagement (webinars, ask forum)

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIESQualification and Experience Work Experience- Minimum 7-12 years in relevant field Minimum 4-10 years of experience in IT Industry and / or teaching experience in IT related subjects at Postgraduate / University level. Qualification – B. Tech / BE / MCA / MBA / MSc – IT / M. Tech and equivalent.
