- Maintain proper system integrity/setup [ Initial setup of ERP parameters (safety time, order period, minimum order, etc.) / Setup new suppliers / Setup new customers / Request new inbound/outbound transportation lanes setup ]
- Validate system setups [ Review first supplier schedule / Review first customer EDI integrity / Review first ASN to customer ]
- Grant program launch meeting and weekly ECC meeting
- Maintain new BOM/change BOM integrity with proper timing letters
- Manage design changes on development stage o Review BOM’s versus audits [ Raise/Manage TC’s required ]
- Maintain /control program unique parts list
- Review escalation path with purchasing for critical sourcing’s/suppliers
- Program build quantities in ERP system for all validation steps
- Review inside MP&L new programs/ECN status [ Packaging development / Warehouse setups ]
- Control on inventory of new/balance cut parts [ Review all potential obsoletes associated with new programs/ECNs ]
- Raise ECN/SOP bulletins
