Job Description
POSITION: Research Associate – Quantitative Research
EXPERIENCE: 1+ Year in international outbound calling
LOCATION: Bangalore
LANGUAGE (Fluent): English Communication
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting healthcare professionals to participate in online MR surveys as well as for panel recruitment.
Coordinate with project owners, provide daily updates and consistently deliver as per the set targets and timelines for each data collection projects.
Cold calling and lead generation.
Follow-up and reminder calls.
Build and maintain a good rapport with respondent.
Online mining and desk research.
PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE ROLE:
Very good cold-caller with strong convincing and soft skills. Soft skill trained resources from sales processes are preferred.
Should be willing to work in target orientated environment with stringent timelines. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize task independently based on targets & timelines.
Neutral accent with no MTI/local influence.
Experience in lead generation and awareness of standard rebuttals to pass the gatekeepers.
Proactive & spontaneous thinker and can change pitch of the call to achieve results.
Ability to mine contact information from free online sources.
Should have the ability to comprehend survey screener logic.
Proficient in using MS excel & word.
Good interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Any Graduate/Under-Graduate (minimum 12th pass)
