• Segregation of common parts and Unique to VEIPL parts from BOM list.
• Arranging and procuring the Unique E-components, Bare PCB & Mechanical parts
• Any No-Stock VEIPL Ecomp which is required for SMT build also procured /arranging from other region Visteon plant.
• Discussing & interacting with all e-comp Manufacturer/Distributor right from RFQ, Quotation receipt, Stock availability, material readiness against PO/FOC,
• Responsible for arranging Logistics approval with MP&L, Tracking and Inwarding against Invoice.

Key Competencies:

• Floating RFQ’s to multiple vendors for concluding best prices for Bare PCB & Mcomp.
• Review of purchased parts Stock/shortage for next build with continuity
• Supplier shipped parts closely monitor with the support of logistics to ensure early ETA
• Daily tracking of Ecomp status and publish the ETA status to PDTL/CE/PM
• Tracking and closure of Non Production PO till the GNR completes
