- Ensures customer demand integration.
- Establishes production plan for management according to customer.
- Establishes long term production plan in order to provide data for better manufacturing and release and follow-up management.
- Ensures inventory control of finish goods, considers balance in / out of new program launches / customer down days/shutdown, etc.
- Interfaces daily with customers.
- Manages critical delivery situations with customer, manufacturing and release and follow-up.
- Manages daily ship requirements. Analyzes and disputes customer delivery rates and customer debit notes related with delivery issues.
- Interfaces between customer and new model engineering. Defines, coordinates, follows up and updates MP&L metrics including BTS, Supplier Delivery, Inventory, and Premium Freight.
