Job Description

• Zero BOM timeliness issues reported by plants

• Drive BOM availability with PD based on plant milestones (builds, SOP)

• Highlight critical to Event on time to CFTs including PD for CN not released and follow-up to have the BOM release in QAD before the build event dates

• 100% BOM Accuracy (between PLM vs. QAD & New/Prior Item in QAD vs. CN description)

• Keep control and check on CE’s open more than 30 days aging at all functional roles.

• Establish and lead weekly ECC meeting with plants

• Drive ECC report to plant management – metrics and critical items.

• 0% Process Deviation. ( Any special requirement to be handled with appropriate approvals)

• Part status review and update

• Drive Business MDS Process & Procedures with all Functional Roles

• Zero Non-Conformities in Financial Audits for Business MDS related items

• Report any system issues (IT ticket) to drive resolution of system failures. Each system issue resolution must be properly validated and documented before closure

• Coordinate and conduct any User Acceptance Test required for system enhancement / system issue resolution globally
