Detailed description: Typical Duties Team will deliver projects across the entire product life cycle including quote phase, forward model development, current model support, and quality initiatives. You will be responsible for driving efficiency, Best practices, Monitoring Key Performance Indicators, Internal / External customer stakeholder interface, and ensuring quality validation deliverables.

• Development of test strategies in accordance with industry best practices, including test case development, test process automation and test coverage robustness.
• Peer cooperation to coordinate the resolution of systemic issues that affect product performance, delivery timing, and testing compliance.
• Monitors the key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive team performance
• Drive efficiency thru high levels of reuse of system validation assets including test case development, equipment, purchased service suppliers, and resources.
• Evaluate products’ software readiness for launch and provide management risk assessments as necessary.
• Facilitates process improvement initiatives within and across organizations
• Build Organizational capability. People development and key role succession planning
• Provides organizational capacity: Effective and Efficient resource management among the local organization, Resource plans management and skills management.
• Sets up goals and conduct proper goals setting and review process
• People development and key role succession planning

Support activities

• Supports Validation Project Leaders in solving technical, project management and people-related issues.
• Participates in important project meetings, customer meetings and audits, contribute to escalation, problem preventing and problem-solving process.
• Supports assignments and budget alignment processes in the programs of the group.

Requirements Experience: 15+ years work experience in complex embedded software products software and system validation design and development. Degree Strongly Preferred: BTech., Master’s Degree in Engineering Desired Competencies/Experience

• Industry expert with System Validation experience including industry benchmarking, best in class methods and processes and automation techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and motivate local technical teams.
• Demonstrated strength in structured quality concepts similar to Automotive SPICE
• Excellent written and oral English and interpersonal communication presentation skills and the ability to work well within and across teams and customers
• Experience of working with different OEM customers, Automotive domain – Driver Information, IVI products would be beneficial
