Job Responsibilities and Skills:

• BPO/Customare care representative will manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.
• Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers
• Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
• Excellent communication skills along with active listening.
• Customer focused approach.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.
• Must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.

QUALIFICATION: GRADUTATE (ANY DEGREE) AND 12TH PASS
