Accounts Executive – Job Description: (Key Responsibility)

1.Initiating and managing Banking transactions – All Payments and Receipts

2.Maintaining cash flow statement on daily basis

3.Liaison with Bank Officials regarding various transactions and compliances

4.Communication with Bank for Inward/ Outward Remittance settlement and furnishing all the documents required during the process

5.Preparation of shipment wise Export MIS giving status of profitability per shipment

6.Settlement of Bill of entries for every Imports and maintaining all the documents in proper manner

7.Settlement of Shipping Bills for Shipment & Controls on BRC

8.Ensure proper accounting of Export Invoices as per SOPs and accounting principles

9.Scrutiny of Purchase Documents in Line with SOP

10.Analysis of Sundry Debtors & Creditors ageing report on a monthly basis and reconciliation of vendor accounts

11.Working and Ensuring of Crystallization of TDS GST Liability on Monthly Basis in books of Accounts

12.Assisting in TDS Quarter filling & GST Filing

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
