Activity development required:
Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate payments using strong customer service skills to effectively resolve past-due accounts.
• Monitor and maintain account information to ensure high levels of service and recovery.
• Take appropriate actions to ensure promised payments are received timely.
• Utilize different techniques and resources to locate and contact consumers Compensation.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts Manage a portfolio of clients and collect on past due accounts
• Discuss and set up payment plans as needed
• Process payments and refunds Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

Job Mode: On-site.
Job location: Gurugram.

Compensation: No Bar for the Right candidate
