Medical Billing Process – AR Executive
· Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales
· Take in-bound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
· Handle out-bound call to resolves insurance related issues
· Verify the credentials of health care professionals
possess Good Understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) for Providers.
Possess Good Knowledge of Us Healthcare Process.
Good Understanding of the Complete RCM (revenue Cycle Management) US Medical Billing.
Denial Management
Dealing with the Foreign Clients.
Skills and Responsibilities:
Excellent in English Communication (verbal and written).
