Job Brief

We are looking for an Accounts Analyst to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounts Analyst responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information. Senior analyst would be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and projection for our clients. You will have to forecast future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures and determine capital budgeting for projects. A tech savvy person with working knowledge of all the required analytical tools. Efficient written and verbal communication. A data wrangler who can crunch the numbers and find solutions to all the numerical problems of the client. Forecasting based on the insights of the client’s business backed by logic and calculated assumptions. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our Team Leads, Clients and Management team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing, review and reconciling client’s books of accounts including work in areas of sales, purchase, bank, fixed assets and or payroll transactions.
• Evaluate & assess the given data and generate easy to read & understand reports from the same.
• Streamlined monthly financials along with observations or notes to be sent to the client’s
• Communication with clients on emails or calls to acquire any information as required.
• Planning, coordinating and managing the team.
• Use statistical methods to identify areas for operational improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes.
• Time to time reporting and communication to clients and reporting manager for the activities completed.
• Observations on unusual activity and raising it to team leads
• Using tools to track progress and report goals and ensuring objective of the project is achieved.
• Be punctual and increase efficiency by saving time and working with “First Time Right” approach.

Skills and Qualifications

• He / She should be experienced in accounting field with a Professional degree like CA, CMA or should be an MBA with Finance or a graduate having vast experience in accounting field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Industry or similar companies would be given preference.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, Well verse with business functions
• Logical reasoning and analytical ability
• Strong attention to detail. Observant and self-learning attitude with urge to learn more.
• Prioritizing & scheduling the work.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and possess problem solving and Decision-making attitude.
• Should have good command over English language (Verbal and written).
• Knowledge of any widely used accounting software, Proficient in programs including MS Office, Google Products
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and meet the deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
