The HR Process Governance Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate, complete documentation of the end-to end Human Resource Management (HR) processes, the integration of EVO SAP modules and transactions within the defined EVO Process Architecture and ensuring adherence to the rules and principles of the Vodafone Core Business Model (CBM). As a trusted partner to our Global Process Owners, the Process Governance Role guards the Core Business Model (CBM), promoting standardisation, process excellence, and supporting digital innovation in our business operations. This role is member of a team which combines Business as Usual (BAU) operational activities with support for Intelligent Operations _VOIS projects.
