As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at Votiko, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Provide multilingual support as required to cater to diverse customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up on pending issues.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and additional languages as needed.
• Previous call center or customer support experience in an international setting is an advantage.

Salary: 20,000 to – 70,000.00 /month

Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
