Job Description:
The primary task of a BPO executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. They must show the willingness to learn new things. Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility

Inform customers about company’s products/services and offers
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
Identify customers needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems

Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
Shifts: Night shift (Work From Office)
