Requirements:-
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:-
– Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
– Answer questions about products or the company
– Ask questions to understand customer requirements
– Enter and update customer information in the database
– Take and process orders in an accurate manner
– Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
– Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Location: Surat
Experience:- 1 Year to 3 Years
Salary: 20,000 – 40,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
