Job Description:
Votiko Professionals who are willing to take a high volume of inbound / outbound calls. It is expected that the best of those who handle such a profile with discipline, initiative and consistency, apart from opportunities to grow with us, also set themselves up for an exciting career in Customer service.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
– Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
– Answer questions about products or the company
– Ask questions to understand customer requirements
– Enter and update customer information in the database
– Take and process orders in an accurate manner
– Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Location: Surat
Experience :- 0 Year to 3 Years
Salary: 20,000 to – 40,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
