As an International Call Center Agent at Votiko,This is a full-time, work-from-home position that involves working night shifts to accommodate our international clients’ time zones.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services and generate sales leads.
Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, or promotions to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call center processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or call center environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
Ability to work night shifts to accommodate international time zones.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and patience.
Proficiency in using computers and call center technology (headset, CRM software, etc.).
