As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at Votiko, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
Provide multilingual support as required to cater to diverse customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up on pending issues.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and additional languages as needed.
Previous call center or customer support experience in an international setting is an advantage.
