Job Description

Responsibilities:- Development of a digital marketing strategy for Demand Generation and Brand awareness- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising- Execute PPC/Paid campaigns to meet demand generation targets- Strategize and execute On-page and Off-page SEO activities for desired rankings on SERP (Optional)- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns- Create and execute social media strategy tailored to different platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)- Manage and maintain the organization’s website and client website.- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion- Fix any errors or bugs in online contentBackground/Skills Desired: – Hands-on experience with paid promotions on social, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns- Expert in using Google Analytics to understand user behavior and web traffic- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement- Ability to create an engaging Business workflow for the same.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR35,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
