VFS is a Fin-Tech entity started with the objective of providing customized financial products and services to micro enterprises. VFS will focus on micro enterprises that have low annual turnover; may not offer collateral; and have limited credit history.
Job Description
1. Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls
2. Route calls to specific people
3. Answer inquiries about company
4. Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
5. Guest/Visitor, Dignitaries’ Management, Messaging and Reminders for Concerned Officers
6. Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
7. Courier management
8. Coordinate with HR for arranging events for employees
9. Perform basic administration and clerical duties
10. Managing Administrative activities like, stationery inventory & office boys
11. Update and maintain internal staff contact lists
12. Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings
13. Retrieve information when requested
14. Monitor and maintain office supplies
15. Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
16. Organize travel arrangements for staff
17. Administrative Support
18. Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
20. Arranging Con calls with the team
Qualifications
The person should be a Graduate from a recognised institution with 1 year of experience in a similar role – any organization. Supervisory experience in competent computer skills including MS Office is a must.
