1. Responsible for contacting customers telephonically and explain about our products and
services
2. Provide information about our products when the customer requests
3. Redirect calls to the department if necessary
4. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
5. Updating customers details in our database
Required Candidate profile
1. Age group of 20-30 years
2. Experienced in real estate and insurance marketing
3. Able to understand the customers requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
4. coordinate with customer if they have any queries
