Vtech Solution Inc Hiring for Client Relationship Specialist/Account Manager at Vadodara Full Time

Responsible for setting up process for every Post Sales department and heading the same.

• Single Point of contact for Clients.

• Heavy emphasis and detail to provide outstanding customer service and meet customer objectives.

• Farming existing accounts and hunting new opportunities for the same Account. Making outbound sales calls to develop new leads.

• Responds to client inquiries regarding staffing services.

• Connect with client and coordinate for meetings with Program Directors, Resource Professional, Staffing Managers, Account Manager and procurement teams.

• Analyze the existing business processes and identify bottlenecks and risks.

• Improve the existing relationship with the client and implement new processes wherever required.

• Organize and manage Client Coordinator team work.

• Responsibility for customer’s loyalty, Customers database, develop individual work plans for each customer, Business negotiations, contracts and Conflict solving

• Drive the recruitment team with agenda of operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with global on-site/off-site teams as well as stakeholders to ensure consistent and timely updates are provided on processes and key activities.

• Generating revenue and working with fortune key clients

• Responsible for driving team performance, overall service delivery and solution strategy

• Point of contact for Vendor liaison team with respect to various IT/ Pharmaceutical/Insurance/ Light Industrial clients of vTech.

• Track record working with Executive Management teams to improve profitability by strengthening and developing successful and productive relationships with customers, employees, vendors and other stakeholders as well as managing strategic direction.

• Manage client expectations on end-to-end processes including billing, timesheet issues, monitored on-boarding formalities etc.

• Working closely with the recruitment & delivery teams to provision and guide them on the client’s expectations and requirements.

• Developing strategic client partner relationships and internal/external corporate communications.

• Strong understanding of the account’s organizational structure, build direct relationships at all levels and with managers.

• Negotiate contracts and bill rates with client managers to obtain consistent gross margin objectives.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding staffing services.

• Connect with client and coordinate for meetings with Program Directors, Resource Professionals, Staffing Managers, Account Manager and procurement teams.

• Worked closely with team, HOD and Clients to schedule on-site and telephone interviews.

• Managing multiple relationships with Account teams and Procurement across clients.Focus on growing the account revenue by reaching out to various point of contacts through account mapping, penetration to ensure continuous business outflow. This will be essential for an account manager when he/ she is working on direct state/commercial clients

• Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
