Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and productsUpgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integrationManaging Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groupsOversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groupsResolve user support ticketsIdentify and gather requirements from users and stakeholdersSupport team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organizationProvide ongoing user training and create training materials as neededJob Types: Part-time, Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 2-4 monthsPart-time hours: 15 per weekSalary: ₹28,000.00 per monthBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayNight shiftUS shiftExperience:total work: 5 years (Required)Salesforce: 5 years (Required)Tableau: 1 year (Required)
