We’re looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Position Objective: To meet sales target of the SBU through effective planning and budgeting. Direct and oversee SBU’s sales objective and initiatives, improve
Channel/SI/Installer Partner Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction , and increase in sales in given territory.
1.Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quota for territories and Channel Partners, Distributors , SIs, Installers projecting
expected sales volume from each of Franchisee
2.Responsible for sales of MOTOR and PUMP products and revenue generation in the territories as per the annual business plan.
3.To develop business opportunities and offer continuous support to the Business Partners and their teams, to ensure the overall success of the company as
well as Business Partners.
4.Assessing the potential market / lead and acquisition of new SI/Distributors/ Solar Pump Installer in the regions. Screen potential by analyzing investment
requirements, Installation experience, financials, experience in dealing with govt. agencies and vision.
5.Prepare and execute the budgeting and marketing strategy to attract new business.
6.To improve the market share of SBU products in the territory.
7.Develop new sales strategies and ensure implementation of the same thru Business partners.
8.Encourage Distributors/ Installers/SI partners for tenders in the region. Identify the integrators, timely communications on the subsidies.
